Rape scenes in media are a seriously hot button issue, and even if you manage to pull it off in the most tasteful appropriate manner possible you're going to make at least some people angry. Speaking of which, I would recommend against using a rape scene as a plot point in your game (and especially in your elevator pitch) unless you personally have a very good reason for doing so. Or perhaps something different from any of that? Basically you've mentioned three vague elements, and one specific but troublesome element.

Is this Game of Thones style nudity to emphasize how adult the story is, cheap slasher movie nudity to simultaneously emphasize and sexualize the violence, or even Senran Kagura titillation because it's fun to be titillated nudity. The nudity element is a little bit unique, but again you haven't told me much. But "a unique turn based system" is just words until you tell me what makes it unique, and "a villain who tortures people" could describe any of hundreds of villains. When you're telling people about your game you need to be able to tell them specific unique things about it which will draw them in. But in large part that's because you've barely described it at all.
TBH the plot you've described doesn't sound unique or interesting in any way.
Second, I think your elevator pitch could use a lot of work. I'm not sure exactly what the right term would be, obviously "adult" wouldn't work for the same reason, but you could try something like "Mature" or "Risque" depending on the tone that you want to evoke. So a couple things, the first is that '18+ RPG Maker games,' is something that has a very specific connotation, and the fact that you're saying here that your intention isn't to make a pornographic game implies to me that what you're working on doesn't fit in that connotation.
